Clear skin is what we all want. However tiny black spots may appear. The black dots are small grains without skin on and because when exposed to the air and moisture is oxidized becoming black dots-black brown and are therefore called.
Sometimes black dots are very soft, and can be removed simply by washing. Elsewhere, some can be very difficult to eliminate.
- Mint toothpaste
- 2-3 ice cubes
How to prepare:
1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of mint toothpaste.
Mix in a bowl until you get a good paste.
Use the paste on the skin and leave it for 5 minutes to get dry. Then apply a little water and massage gently, making the movement rounded. When the skin is clean, rub it with an ice cube.
Doing this will close the pores.
Salt as a natural antibacterial agent is also useful in defoliation of the skin.
Peppermint in toothpaste opens the pores and kill any bacteria, cleans pores and removes blackheads.
Keep in mind that the skin may turn red, but this redness will disappear in a short time.
Use a moisturizer after treatment if you have dry skin.
