The main objective of this drink is to treat and prevent clogging of the arteries (atherosclerosis), to regulate fat elevated blood, to prevent general fatigue of the organism, for preventing and treating infections and colds, to stimulate the immune system, to cleanse the liver and improve liver enzymes, to prevent free radicals in the body, which are the cause of many serious diseases and many other conditions related to heart disease and flow of human blood.
– 4 heads of garlic (40 cloves)
– 4 lemons with their crusts
– Small ginger root (3-4 cm) or 2 tablespoons ginger powder
– 2 liters of clean water
Wash the lemon and cut into pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and put them in a blender all together with lemon and ginger. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is made. Then pour the mixture into a metal container, add 2 liters of water, heat all together until it reaches the boiling point. Just before it starts to boil, remove the mixture and let it cool. Filter through a medium-thickness sieve and pour into a glass bottle.
How to use it:
This drink should be taken every day, a glass of 2 dl for at least 2 hours before a meal or with the stomach completely empty. Keep the drink in a refrigerator. This dose should last 3 weeks with a daily intake of a drink , after which there should be one of a week of rest and then you can continue to take it again in the same cycle.
