This magic cabbage soup will help you melt up to 7 kg in a week!

Suitable for everyone, especially for people who don’t have a lot of free time, this low calorie diet rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. As such, it speeds up metabolism, helps to burn fat and cleanse the body of toxins.

The base of the menu is a soup, for which preparation should be assigned very little money, and cooked in large quantities, but it can last several days. Your advantage is that you do not have to starve yourself; unlimited quantities can be eaten at any time of the day. In addition, some nutritionists argue that the more you eat, the more you lose weight.

With soup, depending on the day of the diet you should eat fruits, vegetables, lean meat, milk and rice. If you do not like beef, on the prescribed days you can substitute it with roasted chicken breast without skin or fried fish. During the diet, it is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol and sugary drinks and eat bread and pasta. It is important to drink plenty of fluids – at least six to eight glasses of water a day, unsweetened tea and a cup of black coffee.

– I recommend to be on a diet for a week and then take a break of two weeks. Diet is often recommended for people who lose weight before surgery. It should also be remembered that due to the lack of protein, calcium, carbohydrates, essential fatty acids, vitamins, and even mineral, diet is often accompanied by a lack of energy and a decrease in muscle mass, leading to fatigue and exhaustion.

Ingredients and preparation of the soup


  • 6 onions,
  • a large head of cabbage,
  • a large celery,
  • 2 green peppers,
  • 2-4 carrots,
  • 4-5 tomatoes or 2 cans of tomato sauce,
  • 5 liters of water,
  • 2 packets of soup from a bag or cubes of chicken or beef broth
  • parsley, salt, pepper and herbs or flavor


  • Chop the onions and peppers, add a little olive oil, add grated cabbage, celery and carrots.
  • Add the water, then cut and peel the tomatoes
  • Let it cook until everything is tender, then add finely chopped garlic, parsley and spring chicken, or beef soup from a bag.
  • You can then pull the paste.
  • Cook for a few minutes until the pasta is soft.


Day 1: Eat only soup and fruit. You can eat all the fruits, except for the bananas. They drink tea without sugar and water.

Day 2 : eat soup and vegetables (fresh, cooked, canned). Avoid beans, peas, and corn. For dinner you can enjoy the roasted potatoes in the shell, seasoned with a little butter and salt.

Day 3: You are allowed to eat soup, vegetables and fruits. If you have followed the instructions, you should have 2 to 3 kg less.

Day 4: Eat soup, bananas and skim milk (can and yogurt or kefir). Eat three bananas.

Day 5: Eat soup in unlimited quantities, meat and vegetables. You can consume 300-600 g of boiled beef and 6 tomatoes.

Day 6: Eat soup, cooked beef and vegetables. You can eat two or three steaks with vegetables (not potatoes).

Day 7:  Eat the soup with brown rice boiled in water, flavored as desired. Eat all vegetables.

TIP PLUS: If you adhere strictly to the letter, in the first week you will lose between 4.5 and 7 kg, experts say. If you lose more than 7 kg, take a break for a few days before continuing with the diet.
